Marion Niglio Kanenson

Marion has 25+ years of investigative experience having worked extensively as an insurance and background investigator. She is a professionally licensed Private Investigator in Pennsylvania, PA license #691MD2022.

She began her career as an insurance investigator, conducting surveillance and investigations in matters of bodily injury; including background investigations, testifying in Worker’s Compensation Hearings and Liability Trials, also training investigators in investigative skills and procedures. As an insurance investigator, she investigated claims involving Worker’s Compensation, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Eligibility Claims. Marion also gained experience in interviewing, obtaining written statements and conducting field reviews concerning eligibility claims involving death benefits and permanent disability.

Marion spent 10 years as a Special Investigator for the Pennsylvania Office of Inspector General, investigating fraud, waste, abuse, and misconduct in executive agencies under the governor’s jurisdiction. She gained considerable knowledge and experience in background investigations where she primarily conducted background investigations for employment with access to highly sensitive data and information.

Additionally, Marion has acquired experience in sales and business ownership adding to her skills. She obtained her PA Private Investigator license in 2011 and is currently a member of the PA Association of Licensed Investigators.
